How the handover works
  1. Create a free Cloudflare account with your business email.
  2. We send you the site folder (and the code, in a private repository if you want it).
  3. In Cloudflare, open Workers & Pages → Create → Pages → Upload assets, and drop the folder in.
  4. Add your domain to the project and change the one DNS record Cloudflare shows you at your registrar.
  5. That is it: the site runs with no monthly fee. Future changes are yours, or ours by the hour.

We build on a tested design system instead of starting from zero, and use AI to speed up writing and code. Anything outside the scope is quoted before we start.

What does the Lighthouse guarantee cover?

Every page we build reaches Lighthouse 100·100·100·100 on PageSpeed Insights (mobile) at delivery — or we keep working at no cost until it does. It covers the site as delivered; content or code you add later is outside it.

What if I don't like it?

You see a concept of your new site before paying anything. After you pay, revision rounds are included: 2, 3 or 4 depending on the package. If we miss the agreed delivery date, we refund your payment in full.

What does Custom include?

Custom is a fixed $3,997 with everything included: all of Professional plus the six modules — booking, quote calculator, online payments, AI chat, blog and before/after gallery — 4 revision rounds and 3 months of Care Basic (managed hosting, 1 hour of changes a month, backups). Delivery in 10 to 14 days. Built from Professional, the same modules and 3 months of Care Basic would come to $4,583. Custom includes 3 months of Care Basic; you can upgrade to Pro at any time (Care Pro is billed from day one).

Who owns the site?

You do. The domain and hosting are registered in your name from day one, and the code and the design are yours from delivery. We keep the right to show the site as a sample of our work, unless you ask us not to.

What happens after delivery?

The site is yours and you choose where it lives. Host it yourself for free on Cloudflare Pages (we hand it over with step-by-step instructions), add managed hosting for $29 a month (we run it: SSL, backups, uptime monitoring), or take a Care plan ($97 or $147 a month), which includes managed hosting plus monthly changes. No lock-in either way, and the code is standard: any developer can work on it. Custom includes the first 3 months of Care Basic; if you add managed hosting to a Custom order, its billing starts in month 4; Care Pro is billed from the first month.

Do I have to pay for hosting?

No. You can host the site yourself for free on Cloudflare Pages: we give you the site folder and these steps — create a free Cloudflare account, open Workers & Pages, create a Pages project with "Upload assets", drop the folder in, then add your domain and change the one DNS record Cloudflare shows you at your registrar. If you would rather not deal with it, managed hosting is $29 a month, month to month, and every Care plan includes it.

What do I need to give you?

A short brief: what you sell and to whom, your services and prices, your logo, photos if you have them, and your domain registrar's name. We write the texts. We send you a form so it takes little time. The delivery clock starts when the brief is complete.

Do you work with my industry?

We focus on local service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, electricians, roofing, remodeling, painting, concrete, fencing, garage doors, glass and windows, pools, landscaping, tree service, pest control, commercial and carpet cleaning, towing and locksmiths — and on professional practices. If yours is different, write to us and we will tell you plainly whether we are a good fit.

How do I pay?

One payment of the full price when you order, through Stripe: by card, or, for orders of $2,497 or more, also by bank transfer (ACH) from a US bank account. With a bank transfer the project starts when the payment clears, usually in a few business days. There is no deposit, no balance and no later invoice. Prices are public and fixed for the agreed scope.

Do you redesign existing sites?

Yes, with the same packages and prices. We keep your domain and set up redirects from your old pages, so visitors and search engines that know the old addresses still find you.
