Terms of Service

1. Parties

These terms govern the website services provided by Efficient AI Algorithms (sole proprietorship, Arizona), doing business as Efficient AI Algorithms ("we"), with address at 20231 W. Rancho Dr, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340, to the person or business that hires them ("you").

Efficient AI Algorithms is the trade name of a sole proprietorship based in Litchfield Park, Arizona. The full legal name of the proprietor is provided on every invoice and receipt.

By paying for your package you accept these terms and the scope of the package you chose.

2. Scope by package

Landing 72h: one long-form page in English and Spanish, contact form, click-to-WhatsApp button, basic SEO, Lighthouse 100·100·100·100 on PageSpeed Insights (mobile) at delivery — or we keep working at no cost until it is reached, 2 revision rounds, delivery in 72 hours.

Professional: everything in Landing 72h plus up to 8 pages, blog, schema.org structured data, Google Business Profile connection, 3 revision rounds, delivery in 7 days.

Custom: a fixed price for everything in Professional plus all six modules — online booking, a quote calculator, online payments, AI chat, blog and a before/after gallery — 4 revision rounds, 3 months of the Care Basic plan included from delivery, and delivery in 10 to 14 days. Modules outside that list are quoted separately, in writing, before any work on them.

Anything not listed in the package or in the written quote is outside the scope and is quoted separately before any work on it. The Lighthouse result is measured with PageSpeed Insights (mobile strategy) on the pages we built, as delivered; content or code added later is outside it.

3. Price and payment

Prices are public and in US dollars, and do not include taxes that may apply. You pay the full price once, when you order, through Stripe: by card, or, for orders of $2,497 or more, also by bank transfer (ACH) from a US bank account. A bank transfer takes a few business days to clear, and the project starts when it does. There is no deposit, no balance and no later invoice.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.

4. Delivery clock

The delivery time starts when your payment is received and we confirm your brief is complete: your business details, your services, your domain registrar's name, and your logo and images if you have them. We write the texts. While we wait for an answer or material from you, the clock is paused.

If we do not receive the material we asked for within 30 calendar days, the project moves to "paused". Restarting it is rescheduled according to availability, and your payment stays valid for 12 months from the day it was made.

Delivery means the site is published on your domain, or ready to publish if you ask us to wait.

5. Revision rounds

Each package includes the revision rounds listed above. One round is one consolidated list of changes sent at the same time. Extra rounds, and changes outside the scope, are quoted before we make them.

6. Ownership

The domain and the hosting are registered in your name from day one. If you choose managed hosting, we run the site in a Cloudflare account in your name, with access for us; when you cancel it, we remove our access and the site keeps running in your account.

When we deliver the site, it is yours: its design, its code and the content you provided. Third-party components, such as fonts and open-source libraries, keep their own licenses.

We may show the site as a sample of our work unless you tell us in writing that you do not want us to (opt-out); in that case we remove it from our materials.

7. Refund for a missed deadline

If we do not deliver within the package deadline, counted as described in section 4, we refund your payment in full if you ask for it, to the original payment method. You may instead choose to continue with the project.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by writing to us. If you cancel before work has started, we refund your payment in full. If you cancel after work has started, we keep 50% of the price for the work done and refund the rest, except in the case described in section 7, where the refund is full.

Managed hosting and the Care plan are optional, month to month, and can be cancelled at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid.

9. Liability

We build and deliver the site with professional care. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, such as your hosting provider, domain registrar or payment processor.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
