1. Who is responsible

Efficient AI Algorithms is the trade name of a sole proprietorship based in Litchfield Park, Arizona. The full legal name of the proprietor is provided on every invoice and receipt.

2. What we collect

Forms: the name, email address and message you send us, and the brief and materials you share when you hire us.

Payments: Stripe processes card payments. We receive the payer's name, email, the amount and the payment status; never the full card number.

Visit statistics: if we measure visits, we do it with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and records only aggregate data (pages visited, referring site, country, device type) without identifying you.

Demo tools: when you use a demo or preview tool on this site, we process your IP address temporarily to limit abuse (rate limiting).

3. Why we use it

To answer you, to prepare quotes and previews, to deliver and support the service you hire, to invoice, and to protect the site against abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Who processes it for us

Stripe (payments), our hosting and email providers (to run the site and send messages), and the AI providers we use to prepare drafts and previews (Anthropic, OpenAI or DeepSeek), which receive only the content needed for that task. Each works under its own privacy terms.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. It remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage; that value never leaves your device.

6. How long we keep it

Messages and briefs: while we work together and up to 24 months after the last contact. Payment and invoicing records: as long as tax law requires. IP addresses used for rate limiting: up to 24 hours. Cloudflare Web Analytics statistics are aggregate and contain no personal data.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to contact@algorithmsdata.io. We answer within 30 days. Data we must keep by law, such as invoices, is kept until that obligation ends.

8. Children

This site and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Material changes are also announced to active clients by email.
