What your customers look for before they call

Concrete is bought once and lived with for a long time, so the customer is careful. A driveway, a patio or a slab that cracks or sinks is expensive to tear out, and they know it. Before they call, they want to see finished work: photos of driveways, patios and walkways close to what they have in mind, ideally in their part of town.

They also want to understand what they are paying for. A good page explains thickness, base preparation, reinforcement, the finish options (broom, stamped, exposed aggregate) and how the price is calculated, usually by square foot. In the Phoenix heat they ask when the crew pours and how curing is handled, and they want the license number on the page, because a concrete job above the state threshold needs one.

What this site pays for itself with

How many jobs at the average ticket cover each package, once. The ticket is what the source publishes; where it gives a range, we use the low end.

Revenue, not profit: your margin and how many visitors call you decide the real number. Each figure links to its source.
