What your customers look for before they call

Most locksmith customers find you at the worst moment: locked out of the house, the car or the shop, often at night, searching on a phone. They call the first company that looks local and answers, and the question they ask straight away is how much the lockout will cost. A firm price said on the phone is what earns the job.

Because Arizona has no state locksmith license for them to check, they lean on other signs that you are who you say: a real business name and local address, a marked vehicle, an ID when the technician arrives, and reviews from people nearby. Beyond lockouts, homeowners and landlords look for rekeying after a move or a lost key, lock changes and car keys, and they want each service explained in plain words, with its price.
