What your customers look for before they call
The towing customer is stranded: on the shoulder of a freeway, in a parking lot at night, or next to a car that won't start. They are scared or in a hurry, and they call whoever answers first and gives a believable arrival time. A number they can tap at the top of the page matters more than anything else on it.
Next they want to know the price before the truck hooks up: how a tow is priced, whether mileage is extra and what roadside help (a jump-start, a tire change, a lockout) costs. They look for the right truck for their vehicle, a flatbed for a low car or a motorcycle, and for signs that the company is legitimate: a marked truck with its DPS identification number and permit decal (Arizona requires both before a truck tows a vehicle, under rule R13-3-901 of the Administrative Code), and a business name they can look up. Fleets and property managers care more about paperwork and response on every call.
