Your legitimate business emails are silently landing in spam.
Since the 2024 Google & Microsoft updates, unauthenticated domains are being filtered or rejected. Don't let a missing DNS record cost you a client renewal. Scan your domain's deliverability health in 10 seconds.
Why this matters now
The rules changed. Most small-business domains haven't.
The 2024/2025 Deliverability Mandates
Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft now actively filter or hard-reject emails from domains lacking strict SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment. Your invoices & notices might be bouncing silently.
Unseen Client Friction
When a customer misses a payment link because it was routed to their Junk folder, it creates operational chaos, late payments, and direct risk to your business's revenue.
Liability Exposure from Forgery
Without DMARC at p=reject, attackers can perfectly spoof your exact domain, sending fake wire instructions to your clients and opening your business to massive liability.
Consequences are practical: invoices, quotes, and follow-ups silently failing to arrive — and your exact domain available to forgers. The scan shows which applies to you.
How it works
Three steps. All of them honest.
We scan your public DNS
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, BIMI — read directly from public DNS, the same data visible to anyone. Nothing touches your systems.
We show you exactly what's exposed
A 0–100 score computed by deterministic, published rules — plus every finding in plain language, including what's already working.
You get the exact fix — and you apply it
The $249 audit delivers the exact DNS records to publish, copy-paste ready for your registrar. Publish them yourself or hand the PDF to your IT person — then re-run the free scan to confirm.
Whatever you do — if you send email, we secure it.

Who's behind this
No fake badges. No invented testimonials. Here's what we offer instead.
Efficient AI Algorithms is an Arizona-based, founder-operated email security practice. We're early — so instead of borrowed logos, you get four verifiable things:
- A transparent method. Every score is computed by deterministic rules and reproducible from the findings shown to you.
- Our own posture, public. This domain practices what it sells — our own deliverability score is published in the footer of every page.
- A verifiable deliverable. The audit hands you the exact DNS records — you can check every one of them against public DNS yourself, before and after you publish them.
- Honest scope. We tell you exactly what DMARC does and doesn't do — before you pay, not after.
Questions a skeptic should ask
FAQ
Why does a domain like gmail.com score CRITICAL on your scanner?
Because we measure one specific thing: whether someone can send email as that exact domain — not how secure the company is overall. gmail.com publishes p=none, which means no DMARC enforcement, so it scores low on that single axis. Google does this on purpose: at their scale, enforcing p=reject risks blocking legitimate mail from millions of senders, so they accept the exposure and rely on other defenses. That tradeoff makes sense for a global provider; it rarely makes sense for a business that sends invoices, contracts, or quotes to clients. Our score is deterministic and reproducible — anyone can reconstruct it from public DNS. And to be precise about scope: DMARC at enforcement stops spoofing of your exact domain; it does not stop look-alike domains or mail from an already-compromised mailbox.
Is the scan really free?
Yes — completely. No signup, no email required, no card. It reads your domain’s public DNS records and shows you the result in about 10 seconds. There is one paid product: the $249 audit, for when you want the exact records to fix what the scan found.
Do you store my data?
We store the domain you scanned, the findings, and the score — that’s what lets us generate your audit if you buy one. We never access your mailbox, servers, or any private system, and we never sell data. Details in our Privacy Policy.
What changed with Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft?
In February 2024, Google and Yahoo began requiring email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) from anyone sending in volume to their users, and Microsoft now applies the same requirements (Outlook, 2025). Across the board, major providers filter or reject unauthenticated mail far more aggressively than before — which means weak DNS records now hurt both your fraud exposure AND your own email’s ability to reach customers.
Can you fix it for me?
Not for you — we hand you the exact fix instead. The $249 audit gives you every finding plus the precise DNS records to paste into your registrar, so you or your IT person can apply them the same day. We do not offer a done-for-you implementation service.
Will moving to enforcement break our legitimate email?
Not when done in order — and the audit lays out that order for you. It identifies every legitimate sending service you use (mail host, marketing platform, CRM, invoicing tools), gives you the records that authorize each one, and tells you to confirm alignment before you tighten the policy. You control the pace.
Does DMARC stop all phishing?
No — and anyone who says so is overselling. DMARC at enforcement stops spoofing of your EXACT domain. Look-alike domains and compromised mailboxes are separate risks. We tell you exactly what’s covered and what isn’t.
Your DMARC record is public. Attackers can already see it.
