Do I need to be technical?
No. Setup is guided and self-serve: create your account, answer 5 questions about your business, connect your WhatsApp, and your bot is answering. No code, no configuration.
Can the bot say something I didn’t approve?
No — you always control what it says. New knowledge it learns — from your menu, catalog or FAQs — goes through your approval before it goes live; that approval gate is the design, not an option you can skip. Your greeting and contact details you edit directly and they apply instantly — still set by you, just without the draft step.
What happens if I go over my plan?
You’re charged per extra unit beyond your quota: text $0.08 · voice $0.12 · image $0.06 per unit. During your free trial, no overage is charged at all.
Are there Meta charges on top of my plan?
We don’t add any Meta fees to your plan. If you connect by QR code, there’s no relationship with Meta. If you bring your own Meta app (BYOC), Meta bills its own messaging rate directly to your Meta account, on Meta’s pricing — separate from us.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It’s a monthly subscription — no contract, no lock-in, and no setup fee. Start with a free trial and stop whenever you want.
What about my data?
